Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by Rabbit Logs (the "Blog"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Blog and its users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User: any visitor who accesses the Blog under these terms and uses its content and services.
• Content: all posts, images, code, video, and other material published on the Blog.
• Operator: the party that creates, manages, and writes the Blog.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• These terms apply to all users who access the Blog and take effect upon being posted.
• If a user continues to use the service, they are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
• The Operator may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law.
• When amending, the Operator will announce the effective date and reason, along with the current terms, on the Blog from seven days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Copyright and Use of Content)

• Copyright in all content on the Blog belongs to the Operator. Some posts may include material quoted from SAP or third-party official documents, in which case the original author's rights are respected.
• Users may freely share the Blog's content for non-commercial purposes, provided the source (Rabbit Logs or rabbitlogs.com) is clearly stated.
• Using content commercially, or reproducing, transmitting, or distributing it without the Operator's prior written consent, is prohibited.

Article 5 (Service Provision and Limitation of Liability)

• The Blog provides information based on SAP practical knowledge and experience for general informational purposes. It does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, which may not be up to date.
• Content may apply differently depending on each user's company environment, system version, and operating policies. The user bears final responsibility for any results arising from use of the information provided.
• The Operator is exempt from responsibility for providing the service in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or technical failures.

Article 6 (Advertising and Third-Party Links)

• The Blog may generate revenue through third-party advertising networks including Google AdSense, and personalized ads may be shown to users accordingly.
• Third-party advertising providers may use cookies to serve ads, which can be refused by changing browser settings.
• The Blog may include links to external websites for information and convenience. The content, privacy policies, and terms of linked external sites are unrelated to the Blog, and the Operator bears no responsibility for them.

Article 7 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following.

• Infringing the intellectual property rights, including copyright, of the Operator or third parties.
• Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the work of, the Operator or third parties.
• Intentionally disrupting the operation of the Blog (e.g., distributing malware, hacking).
• Distributing information, text, or images that violate public order or good morals.
• Any other unlawful or improper conduct.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

• Matters not specified in these terms follow the laws and customs of the Republic of Korea.
• If a lawsuit is filed over a dispute arising from use of the service, the court determined under the laws of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.

Addendum

• (Effective date) These terms take effect on October 29, 2025.
• (Last revised) These terms replace the version dated July 14, 2025.
